Mark Dean
Mark Dean is a real estate professional and licensed Real Estate
Broker . As a REALTOR®, Mark is a member of the
National Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS,
as well as the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association. Serving all
of Central Florida and the Orlando area. Specializing in Southwest
Orlando properties, including Orlando, Windermere, Bay Hill, Ocoee, and Winter Garden areas. Special research and experience
in luxury homes, first-time buyers, and military clientele.
Putting

Mark Dean has also been known as "Dean Chase" and "DEANO"
during his 20-year radio, television, and stage career. You may
have heard his voice on radio commercials across the country,
as well as on stage at the world's most popular theme parks. But since 2003, Mark has been a full-time, full-service
REALTOR®. He is a native of Florida, and has made Central Florida his home since 1996. Mark is active in social circles, local charities, and
in the community. He is a past Chairperson of the Town Of Windermere
Downtown Businesss Committee and was the founder and president
of the Windermere Merchants Association. Along with the management
and staff, the broker of MAINGATE supports children's charities
across the state. .

Trained
Real Estate Professional
Through the courses regulated by the State of Florida and offered
by Coldwell Banker University and other educational outlets, Mark Dean has received hundreds
of hours of education courses in real estate. Specific course
instruction includes Ethics, Core Law, Legal, and Servicing the
Buyer and Seller. Mark currently holds the designation of REALTOR®
and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida's.
Mark is certified as an online marketing specialist, better known
as e-Pro®. He has also completed a rigorous course
of special instruction and certification as a Graduate of REALTOR®
Institute, or GRI. And to service the more exclusive homes
in the Central Florida area, Mark has received training and experience
in the luxury home market, earning him the designation as an Accredited
Luxury Homes Specialist (ALHS) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). As the market changed, Mark has received special training and experience in short sales and foreclosures. He has earned the designations of Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR). Mark is also a Notary Public, a licensed FAA sUAS Remote Pilot, and is a trained locksmith and photographer.
